We’ve had some calls and questions about how we are addressing coronavirus concerns. We certainly understand people‚Äôs desire for information and reassurance. We believe that automobile maintenance and repair is an essential service and we will keep our doors open. We want our customers to know that we are taking every step we can to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria, while still providing the highest quality service for your vehicle.

We’re stepping up measures within the shop to ensure that any of our customers, employees, or family that may be considered high risk are protected from any potential health concerns.

So what are we doing? I’m glad you asked – Here’s the list:

  • We’re cleaning surfaces with an approved disinfectant two to three times each day.
  • We are wiping down things like keys, credit cards, countertops and door knobs before they touch the next set of hands.
  • We are now using steering wheel covers and clean gloves with each vehicle to minimize spreading of any germs.
  • We are wiping the car down once complete (this includes the steering wheel, shifter, radio/heater knobs, and the turn signal/headlight stalks, anything in the car that we have had to touch).

We offer pickup and drop off services – couple this with our pay-by-text and the ability to approve or decline repairs by email and you don’t even need to leave the house!

We also have a respiratory hygiene policy/protocol and hand washing policy/protocol in place as well as a sick day policy for employees which ensures they aren’t pressured to come to work sick!

We are a family owned and operated business. We understand that for some, this is a very unsettling time. We feel it’s important that you know we’re taking additional steps to protect each of you!

Please don’t hesitate for a split second to reach out if there’s anything you need – we’re here to help!
